Therapeutic art in your workplace
We bring an immersive art installation into your space — atrium, communal area or meeting rooms — opening conversation about trauma and mental health at work.
For workplaces
Aduma Adan brings therapeutic art into corporate spaces. Our workshops combine artwork, discussion and practical skills to help staff understand and process trauma — supporting workplace mental health in a way that is creative rather than clinical.
Each programme is shaped for your organisation and can run alongside a full therapeutic art exhibition installed in your building. We deliver sessions across the UK, and can run multiple installations simultaneously.
We bring an immersive art installation into your space — atrium, communal area or meeting rooms — opening conversation about trauma and mental health at work.
Accessible, clinically informed teaching on how trauma lives in the body and how to process it, led with clinical support from Dr. Christina Browne.
Guided writing sessions that give shape to experiences often carried in silence, suitable for every level of the organisation.
Hands-on art-making sessions that turn reflection into expression — no artistic experience needed.

Workshops can stand alone or accompany an exhibition, and can be timed around awareness dates such as Black History Month.
